The owner(s) of this website has/have never been charged or arrested in connection for any speech, press, material, "conduct" or "behavior" contained within this website since its inception and conception in 1997 to present in 2026.
However, the publisher was arrested in a "selective prosecution" by the police and U.S. Attorney Debra Wong Yang after writing about them on Killercop.com in the FAQ.
The selective prosecution was allowed to proceed by the judge and so-called "defense attorneys" who "recused the entire district office" from representing me and "quit", based on an "unspoken" conflict. Yet that " unspoken conflict" did not seem to prevent the FPD office from picking and appointing this guy to torture me and the appeal attorney, Sung Park.

Now, this may come up on defense's case. Obviously, if he brings it up, I would ask to reserve the right to get into it then, as well as rebuttal. But as of right now, I don't anticipate calling the witness from the L.A.P.D regarding that particular evidence.
