The selective prosecution was allowed to proceed by the judge and so-called "defense attorneys," who both later admittedly supported censoring this very website and speech. Judge Alex Kozinski upheld the district court's ruling by judge Matz, that Sutcliffe had no right to confront his accuser, Debra Yang, by subpoena. Can you guess why? If anyone knows how to contact the following counsel Dennis Riordan or Jack Londen, please notify them we could sure use their "assistance" in this case.

It also helped to cover-up that Sutcliffe was under the law incompetent at the time of the trial and that a Doctored the judge "ordered" to "treat" Sutcliffe did in fact not treat him or even examine him, yet claimed to have done so under oath in the criminal trial.
