"1984 may have come a bit later than predicted, but it's here at last,"~ Judge Kozinski

This is a classic case of government overreach showing how individuals in positions of power are able to silence victims and witnesses, allowing abuse to persist unchecked.

Micah 7:8

My story below is not merely deception or betrayal; it was a illegally manufactured narrative by the LAPD for financial gain and to unlawfully censor my legal speech, again. Which in turn caused several federal and state laws to be broken by the players. While reported, nobody has been arrested, or held to account, for that, yet.

#AboveTheLaw

The troubled local media has failed to report the facts, instead favoring a soap opera narrative over verifiable evidence.

Under former LAPD Chief Michel Moore, the department’s public messaging was dictated not by policy or transparency, but by aggressive public shaming for those deemed expendable. Me, as an example.

Experts warn that in today’s fast moving digital landscape, emotionally charged claims, particularly those involving "threatening federal oficials," "gang affilated, criminal bounties," and "domestic terrorism, at it worse,"can spread rapidly across social media, triggering widespread outrage and defamation long before they are verified.

Finally a growing wave of concern has emerged over the power of viral headlines to shape public opinion within minutes, often before the full facts of an incident are known. As the story is repeated, it gains perceived credibility, with each retelling reinforcing the initial claim. Observers note that this rapid spread can transform an unverified report into widely accepted “fact” in a matter of hours.

However, later investigations reveal a very different reality. By the time such details emerge, the initial narrative may already have taken hold over and over across many sites, with corrections receiving far less attention than the original reports, often none.

This pattern highlights the growing challenge of “information warfare,” where competing narratives are rapidly disseminated online, often prioritizing speed and emotional impact over accuracy, facts and truth. The has raised concerns about the role of social media platforms in amplifying unverified claims, as well as the difficulty of correcting misinformation once it has spread widely.

Media experts stress the importance of verifying sources and awaiting confirmed information before drawing conclusions, particularly in situations involving conflict, "breaking news" or criminal accusations from the LAPD Chief. As digital information continues to travel at unprecedented speed, the gap between initial reports and verified facts remains a critical issue.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT.

THE #COVERUP BEGINS!

The Following True Events Are Based On A Pack Of Disinformation, Lies, Slander, Libel And Defamation Per Se.

LAPD POLICE UNION FILES VINDICTIVE AND FRIVOLOUS LAWSUIT TO TRY TO CENSOR KILLERCOP.COM

March 2023, LAPD Union director, actor and ace detective Jamie McBride, spoke to Fox news. "Jamie McBride says release of officers' photos and information 'could' lead to 'bounties' on cops." Remember that!

Thereafter, the LAPD union narrative 'dropped' the word 'could.' Remember that, too. There's lots of "word dropping" to come! Pay attention, the game is afoot!

A TIME TO BE BORN AND A TIME TO DIE -Ecclesiastes 3

The "official" LAPD narrative in the past is the LAPD "convinced" me to shut this site down by "threatening" charges.

Are you convinced? I AM not, nor have I ever been.

Detective Chuck Zeglin was a professional liar for the LAPD to cover up the censorship of Killercop.com.

IN BANTAM BOOKS, INC. V. SULLIVAN, 372 U. S. 58, THE COURT EXPLAINED THAT THE FIRST AMENDMENT PROHIBITS GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS FROM RELYING ON THE "THREAT OF INVOKING LEGAL SANCTIONS AND OTHER MEANS OF COERCION . . . TO ACHIEVE THE SUPPRESSION" OF DISFAVORED SPEECH. ID., AT 67

I was then defamed and labeled a "gang affiliated person" on NBC news, based on the LAPD false reports, twice. That label, too, is total fiction, criminally.

Detectives of the LAPD then lied to the FBI, in an open court of law no less, to try to help convict me in a selective prosecution, in a federal case in 2002, by claiming the parody weapons for sale, to collect the parody rewards here, were in fact real! That was another crime. See 18 USC 1001

Even the ex chief, Moore lied to the FBI.

Selective Prosecution

The prosecutor, in that federal selective prosecution case, was Debra Wong Yang, a former LA city judge previously exposed on Killercop.com™ for covering up a crime of theft of property (an audio tape) by the LA city attorney at the behest of the LAPD. This website and that audio tape was exposing a cover up of my kidnapping by the LAPD and the missing witness Tony, as well as the final false conviction the LAPD obtained through the use of a "judge' with no oath of office.

Killercop.com™ has been unlawfully censored by the LAPD on several occasions in the past based on it's contents prior to the selective prosecution.

No violations of the law have ever been found and no crimes against this site, or the owner(s), had or has ever been charged since being online since 1997. Remember that fact.

After that federal case was finished with a "false guilty plea on appeal," I spoke out again on Killercop.com™. Then the appeals judge and the trial judge, A. Howard Matz, sent 3 U.S. Marshals, to my front gate to intimidate and interrogate me into self censoring their crimes documented on my website. I did self censor after their personal attack at my home.

The rules had changed. Again.

Now there were none.

I turned my domain back on in July 2022, and the Twitter account @Killerco1984 in September 2002, then on March 24, 2023 I received a call from Hanna Kelly, a reporter, informing me I was being sued by 3 LAPD officers, ADAM GROSS, ADRIAN RODRIGUEZ and DOUGLAS PANAMENO, claiming I had "intentionally" inflicted them with emotional distress by publishing on Killercop.com™.

I do not know who ADAM GROSS, ADRIAN RODRIGUEZ and DOUGLAS PANAMENO are and have never spoken, or contacted them in the past. Nor have I been served with their frivolous lawsuit to date for the immediate removal of a “killer cops 1984” site.

Note they added an extra letter S after the word cop, in the username, for intentional misdirection and disinformation.

This site just went up a day or two ago and puts a bounty on our officers,

"This site just went up a day or two ago and puts a bounty on our officers," -LAPD "Legal Counsel" Robert Rico, March 23, 2023

Really, a day or two ago, Robert?

ANOTHER LIE!

A day or two ago??????

FACT: It was up at least 7 months prior to that lie.

Care to comment, Robert?

This website did not appear suddenly "just a day or two ago," as the LAPD union would like you and their members to believe with their "media partners" blatnet #copaganda and #gaslighting.

How do I know? Because I do.

Detective Jamie McBride wins 'dumbest cop alive' award at Killercop.com

LAPD Protective League President, 'Detective' and ace 'actor' Jamie McBride suddenly claims that he has 'bounties' on his two daughters heads."

Seriously.

After release of officer photos, emails show LAPD union leaned on chief to act.

AND ACT HE DID. IT WAS ALL AN ACT.

WORD DROP, ACT 1, SCENE 2: "May" and "Can Be."

“The posts, the nature of the posts, they're not just intimidation. They're threatening, and they 'may' constitute a crime,” -LAPD Chief Michael Moore -NYPOST March 2023

Los Angeles Police Chief Michelle Moore said in an interview Friday that he supports the league's efforts to remove censor...Sutcliffe's website. “The posts, the 'nature' of the posts, it's not just intimidation. They make threats and it 'can be' a crime,” he said.

ACT 1, SCENE 3:

The Chief of the LAPD dropped the words, 'could,' 'may' and 'can be' and defamed me, per se, claiming suddenly that the LAPD believed I broke the law, 'criminally.'

We have people who have taken the list and are now criminally, we believe, making threats against the safety of officers, calling for a bounty and awarding a bounty for individuals who would go out and kill a cop," -Chief Michel Moore, March 24, 2023.

"LAPD Chief Michel Moore dropped the "criminally" to back-peddle after the above defamation and slander and told another news outlet he supports efforts to take down Sutcliffe's website, adding the department was investigating whether the "solicitation for violence against officers" was criminal in nature." -LAPD Chief Michel Moore, March 27, 2023

"What I find concerning is that as I feared ... actors or individuals who are now taking this information and attempting to intimidate or scare and frighten." -LAPD Chief Michel Moore, March 27, 2023

LAPD Chief Moore told FOX 11, "We've invited the FBI, as well as the district attorney, and we're going to pursue people who have taken information that was released, some of it in regards that it shouldn't have been released. But they're calling right now for these acts of violence are not against individuals that are in any sense of assignments. They're just calling it out against any officer's photograph at all."

NOTE TO SELF: Maybe the LAPD Chief and the news should both investigate if a crime was made BEFORE accusing a citizen on TV and print of criminal acts?? No reporter dared asked, "What crime?"

I'll ask. He said 'criminally,' so what 'crime?' People have a right to know. Did he know falsely accusing another of a crime is a crime!

ACT 1, SCENE 4:

The false "bounty" threat theme continued with Craig Lally, president of the LAPD police union, stating, "As a result of the LAPD's negligence in releasing the pictures, names and work locations of officers, even those working in undercover operations, the owner of the `killer cops'*** website was able to download this sensitive information, post it online and place a 'bounty' to be paid to anyone who kills a Los Angeles police officer."

***There is no "s" in the word Killercop.

They added the "s" as misdirection to prevent searches from finding the information they fear you will read inside here. Examples abound.

KILLERCOP BECOMES KILLERCOP'S'?

LOL, NO.

LAPD union tells members it removed Twitter user @Killercops1984, but the facts show there never was a @killercops1984 account.

ACT 1, SCENE 5:

They fed the same #gaslighting disinformation to their union members as well as the press.

FACT: The first TV recorded #disinformation and intentional #misinformation was published by NBC News 4, in LA, by LAPD detective Chuck Zeglin, in the late 1990s. This "detective" added a very pronounced "S" to the domain name for the TV viewers ears, saying, "Welcome to Killercop.com".

Detective Chuck Zeglin adds an extra S to the domain name to misdirect viewers.

That was clearly intentional, to misdirect anyone from finding Killercop.com™ And NBC never corrected the #misinformation, for the record. NBC licks the police state boots. And nobody at NBC knows how to email or make a phone call, either. #Biased

Fast forward to 2023.

The first documented name #disinformation of Killercop in 2023 suddenly forks in two, when the LAPD detectives pulled a page from late detective Chuck Zeglin's, 1990's play book and thought it would fly in 2023.

One fork for the domain name, killercop.com™ and a new one for the Twitter account @Killercop1984.

Add an extra S, the LAPD Ace detective's play book said! And the local and national news media all went along with it without lifting a mouse finger to Google it. Or just played dumb, ignorant and #stupid

FOX "IN DEPTH" Hal Eisner added the extra S too without question!

ACT 1, SCENE 6:

The false "danger/threat/murder" narrative continued with Craig Lally, stating, "We are appreciative of Twitter acting swiftly to take down this dangerous website that called for the 'murder' of Los Angeles police officers." -ABC7 News March 29, 2023

His false 'murder' narrative continued and expanded with Craig Lally claiming, "This dangerous and abhorrent threat has further endangered every police officer, as well as their families, and we will be asking a judge to immediately intervene to protect our members,” said Craig Lally, President of the LAPPL."

ACT 1, SCENE 7:

This was called a "threatening domestic terrorist" website by the LAPD union General Counsel Robert Rico, a quote designed to humiliate and make me a target of hatred, contempt and ridicule.

Quote: "We certainly hope that Twitter and Google act with a sense of urgency to remove this threatening domestic terrorism site," Robert Rico, general counsel of the LAPPL, said in a statement."

Just the facts.

The gang attacks as once.

"We certainly hope that Twitter and Google act with a sense of urgency to remove this threatening domestic terrorism site," Robert Rico, general counsel of the LAPPL, said in a statement. "The colossal blunder perpetuated by the LAPD in releasing this sensitive information must be met with a zero-tolerance approach by these two social media companies, which should include a lifetime ban of the owner of this site."

Tom Saggau, spokesman for LAPPL, said the lawsuit filed by the union is not against the Stop LAPD Spying Coalition, which filed the original public records requests for the information about officers, but targets the owner of the "killer cop" website.

"We're looking into all websites to see legally what we can do," Jamie McBride, an LAPPL director, told City News Service. "However, the killer cop' website was of the utmost important to our membership and for officers' safety."

ACT 1, SCENE 8:

LAPD union director, detective/actor Jamie McBride claims "they 'had to' file" their malicious, retaliatory, vindictive and frivolous lawsuit to take down the speech on Twitter.

Unleash The Dogs Of War

The malicious, retaliatory, vindictive and frivolous lawsuit filed by plaintiffs' attorney, Jacob A. Kalinski, was used as gravitas to censor my twitter account and created a false narrative about my website offering a "bounty" and/or "bounties" to "murder" and "bounties" to "assassinate" LAPD officers and, most importantly, to lay a foundation for the next 2 lawsuits coming down the pipe to rape and rob the taxpayers of Los Angeles from within like a bunch of grifters, based on these self manufactured, sudden "bounty threats" and "intentional" infliction of emotional distress.

ACT 1, SCENE 9:

The LAPD union used this newly created false narrative, of the sudden "bounties," to produce 95+- news print articles and TV News reports.

Not one of them contacted me, or this website, for an interview. Anyone who claims they tried to contact me but were unable is lying or sandbagging the facts.

FOX NEWS SANDBAGGING KILLERCOP BEFORE PUBLISHING A 'HIT PIECE' ONLINE ABOUT KILLERCOP.COM

Fox News then labeled me with the words "Cop Killer." Again, another quote designed to humiliate and make me a target of hatred, contempt and ridicule. How sick is that? This is called the Name Shame Game. A.K.A. Defamation.

The threats started pouring in... on their comments section, but they had no problem with those. Go figure. More on that, further inside.

Note how they used the words 'allegedly?' and 'suggested?'

Nothing factual. Those two words would thereafter also be "dropped" from the written narrative.

ACT 1, SCENE 10:

Due to all their lies, false narratives and defamation per se, by the Chief of police and the union, along with the LAPD's 95+ news articles and TV new reports, my wife and daughter's life was threatened on Fox News comment's section by "unclecracker77." One of several.

And I think to myself, where is the F.B.I...., is this not the very definition of a 'true' threat to injure the person of another? Why yes, yes it is.

ACT 1, SCENE 11:

These allegations by the LAPD union members [threatening domestic terrorist site, cop killer, potential, present and future threats, intentional infliction of emotional distress]... were all fabricated out of thin air, to quickly manufacture charges and damages from the word "bounty," after they removed the words 'essentially,' 'could,' 'may,' 'can be,' 'allegedly,' and 'suggested.' Suggested later became "asked, when they changed the word 'murder' to 'assassinate.'

Intermission.

ACT 1, SCENE 12:

The lead detective, and director of the LAPD union, Jamie McBride, stated, “We are looking at all the websites to see what we can do legally,” “However, the ‘killercop' website was of utmost important(sic) to our membership and to officer safety.

Killercop tells detective Jamie McBride to PFO

Ummmmm, sure, whatever you say Jamie, whatever you say. But, correct me if I am wrong, didn't the "bounties" on Twitter simply point to this website. Why suddenly go after a Twitter account and not this account. Why lie about the name of the account by adding an S?

Lastly, and more important, why publicize it loudly on the Internet, news papers and TV against the wishes of union officers who did not wish any publicity?

That is the multi million dollar question. A Google Search revels 562,000 results below.

And here is the 834 million dollar answer to why this site is not "inactive" after all their huffing and puffing. They know they've cried wolf one time too many in the past and are now powerless to censor it again, no matter what charges they "threaten" me with, in the media. It's all BS. Plus they need it up as gravitas for the "fear they need to tap into," according to KCAL and CBS News, before they rape, pillage and plunder the taxpayers. See below.

ACT 2, SCENE 3:

"We'll create a photo scandal, then sue ourselves for the creating the scandal and then have the taxpayers pay us for the damages of an "intentional" infliction of emotional distress from the fear of a bounty that we also created to go with the scandal." -LAPD union 2023

"Careful, extremely fragile."

Follow blindly the golden road to riches through corruption and lies.

THEY ARE 'ESSENTIALLY' LYING ABOUT EVERYTHING.

Plaintiffs' attorney Jacob A. Kalinski Of Rains Lucia Stern St. Phalle & Silver [1st Civil Lawsuit by LAPD/LAPPL] said, "He (Sutcliffe) [essentially] put a 'bounty' on the lives of police officers. My clients, they go to bed at night and they're in fear for their safety," ... "It is the goal of this lawsuit to have Mr. Sutcliffe's [threats] removed from Twitter or from wherever else so that there are no individuals out there who act upon (his) 'promise' to pay people [essentially] to kill police officers."

Then they all dropped the word "essentially."

See the KCAL News/CBS News report.

Now what are they gonna do about it...add more adjectives?

BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE!

JUST THE FACTS

Contrary to the LAPD gaslighting and lies to the media and the LAPPL members, this is not, nor has it ever been, in fact, a 'threatening domestic terroristic website' run by a 'gang affiliated' person selling weapons and offering 'bounties on the heads of LAPD officers' to 'murder' and 'assassinate' them, 'criminally.' But the so-called "news" media sure licked it up!

Just the facts

Meaning, before the photo release there were NO "bounties."

Okay. Got it. So you 'essentially' invented the word 'bounties' as an excuse to attack Killercop.com.
