The label and libel:

After the unlawful raid and extortion by the police of California, and the F.B.I., the cops set out to stop me from exposing their crimes. By any means possible.

The beginning of the process and the easiest way was to attach a label to me, which they proceeded to do with the cooperation of the passive deep state news station, NBC. They called this site a "gang" site, and the publisher a "gang affiliated person."

This is a classic "disinformationalist" tactic.
