While "wanting" to say it and "trying" to say it, but not wanting to "actually" say the following as a statement of facts, attorney Jacob Kalinski got the "news" to say it for him instead:

"Killercop.com put a 'bounty' on the lives of police officers. My clients, they go to bed at night and they're in fear for their safety," "It is the goal of this lawsuit to have [his threats] his speech removed from Twitter or from wherever else so that there are no individuals out there who act upon (his) 'promise' to pay people to kill police officers."

So, he instead said,

"Killercop.com 'essentially' put a 'bounty' on the lives of police officers. My clients, they go to bed at night and they're in fear for their safety," "It is the goal of this lawsuit to have [his threats] his speech removed from Twitter or from wherever else so that there are no individuals out there who act upon (his) 'promise' to pay people 'essentially' to kill police officers."

The weaponized "News Media" 'essentially' printed and spoke the former statement for him, without question.

In the end his frivolous, malicious lawsuit changed the word bounty into a "reward."

Yet again, he lies to the court and submits false evidense in court by telling it a half-truth. Much like the detectives of the LAPD, years prior to him.
