1) I have the right to say what I want and to be heard (1st Amendment), don't kill the messenger because you don't like the content...

2) I have the right to a face the inured party claiming damages (Article III and 6th Amendment)

3) I have the right to face my accuser and witnesses against me (6th Amendment),

4) I have the right to argument of recourse and remedy, under UCC 1-103 & UCC 1-203

I'm not a big advocate of censorship.

Matter of fact, I don't like censorship, but this fellow has crossed the line.

He is using your server to advocate the murder of police officers for making an illegal arrest.

My concern is that some other person with a similar character flaw is going to read this page, which is on your server and then carry out a murder when he feels he is being illegally arrested.

[killercop] This statement is irrelevant, immaterial and totally without foundation, I object your Honor! The accuser is playing the game of "what if." "What if" is easy to play, here I'll take a turn at it. "What if" someone at your ISP reads a site with naked woman's pictures in it and decides to rape everyone in your building one day, boy won't you feel bad you didn't remove killercop.com and that other site with the nudie pictures earlier!

It is your server, it is your insurance that would have to defend the case as I'm sure this fellow does not have the deep pockets your company has.
