An armed society is a polite society, but I still wouldn't jog with a gun.  I doubt the sincerety of your reward since by your own statements you don't have the means to pay nor do you articulate how someone would collect.  Is there anyone you are not angry with?  You sound like a postal employee.

KILLER COP MESSAGE:   Back when I first created this domain in 1997 my rewards page was fiction...a spoof if you will, but in light of the recent turn of the events in this case, the rewards are real. I would be glad to put you in touch with my counsel, should you wish to collect any of them.  I do have the means to pay thanks to the honest Citizens of the great country who still support Freedom.  Many have donated to this fight.  Will you help in this fight, please?
