I can agree with your basic philosophy of the Police "policing" ourselves. Just because you may have been screwed by a few "rouge cops" does not mean that all cops are bad. You say that you will not stop for "road blocks", don't you think that this may compound your troubles if you happen upon a "road block"?
I may have missed this part, but have you tried to go after these officers civilly. This usually hurts people a lot more. I must say that I may not agree with some of what you are saying, but I will defend your right to say it.
