This letter is to serve notice that on 6/13/97, in Div. 92, David Scheieiman, then City Attorney in the above matter instructed Commissioner Diane Wheatly to illegally seize a personal audiotape belonging to him, located in his personal briefcase. Commissioner Wheatly was removed from the case pursuant to a Motion 170.6 filed with this court on 6/17/97. I wish to have an immediate hearing into this matter, to have my personal belongings returned at once, or to bring forth a charge against the City Attorney for Petty Theft, a crime under California law.

UPDATE: 2023 That little audio tape turned out to be the least, but not the last, of things the system was about to steal from me. And that is not overstating it, that is an understatement.
Like a K9 dog, latched on to a black man's face, the City of Los Angeles pressed on with the LAPD BOGUS charges.
So I ended up in a, so called, 'court,' found GUILTY, naturally, by a so called 'judge' with NO Sworn Oath Of The Office. And she stole physical property evidence, too. WTF! #coverup
Good Lord almighty! Heaven help us!
