18 U.S.C. 875(c) Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication containing any threat to kidnap any person or any threat to injure the person of another, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

The above communication was transmitted on March 25, 2023 on the FOX NEWS website. One of over 800 plus communications on this page. My response to the insincere claim they (FOX NEWS) tried to contact me before they published but I did not respond.

The "dude's face" is a person, as is his wife. His "kids" are the person of another, fully covered under the full force and weight of this law, 875c, against threatening children.

The fraud on the court occured is when it was weaponized, and continues to be, used as a weapon against poor adults to protect rich adults.

Assuming I am wrong, are these communications not then also violations of 875c?
