        "killercop.com" is a site intended to explore and open for discussion actions of various entities that are alleged to be illegal, unlawful, or both. The site explores legal concepts of unlawful police activity or other activity conducted under alleged "color of state law" or "color of authority" and provides various examples of this conduct. The examples may be taken from actual cases, or may be fictional scenarios designed to illustrate specific issues of conduct as it may correlate to issues of the law. While this Site offers the rewards to persons who engage in lawful conduct that results in the death of a police officer engaged in illegal conduct, anywhere in the world wide web, this site does not advocate, encourage or condone any conduct that is illegal or unlawful at any time by any person or entity against any other person or entity.

1. Definitions:

   1. “Site” or the “Web Site” refers to all the pages of killercop.com, not to external links not hosted on the server where killercop.com is hosted, including all files of every kind hosted on the server, or the owner.
   2. “USER” is each and every individual who visits this web page past this entrance page and who thereby views the Site or any of the Killercop.com graphics, files, pages, html or other presentation of information of any and all kinds hosted and part of the Killercop.com Site. An individual who visits this Site on behalf of or in the course and scope of an employer also binds that employer to these terms and conditions.
   3. “Cop” is any law enforcement officer or person not retired. Person does not mean person of another.
   4. “killercop.com” and all contents is the intellectual property of the OWNER.
   5. We, us, and our refers to me and I alone, otherwise I alone determine what we, us and our means at all times hereafter.

Agreement: .  USER agrees to compensate OWNER with liquidated damages in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000 U.S.) for every complaint lodged in any manner with any ISP, DNS, name server, administer or other entity, that is unfounded, untrue or which relies on unsupported allegations or material misrepresentations of the facts, depictions or scenarios contained in this Site. USER agrees to compensate OWNER with liquidated damages in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000 U.S.) for each day the Site is removed or down from the host as a result of such conduct as described above. This Site encourages the expression of free speech both as it may be supportive of this Site or any of the content herein, and especially those expressions of opinion that are contrary hereto. Freedom of speech in particular supports the concept that adverse opinions have equal opportunity and that no one point of view should dominate over any other. If you do not like or agree with the content of this Site, feel free to log off and view any other site of your choosing. This Site encourages the expression of free speech both as it may be supportive of this Site or any of the content herein, and especially those expressions of opinion that are contrary hereto. As such, the following shall apply:

   1. The USER enters the Site willingly, voluntarily and of his/her/it's own volition. And agrees to wear a shoe on USER's head when instructed, by any means, and at anytime, anywhere, and within 48 hours. A picture must be submitted within 72 hours to the OWNER.
   2. The USER is a competent adult over the age of 18 years of age who is not so impressionable that they will take any action based only upon the content of the Site.
   3. The USER agrees to all the terms, disclaimers and other conditions of the Site, wherever they may be posted on the Site.
3. License Agreement: The USER is permitted to view the Site and download any files that are required for the normal viewing use of the Site.  The USER is not authorized to reproduce, copy, assimilate, regurgitate, flatulate, distribute or otherwise make use of the information, designs and content provided within the Site.
4. Severability: Should any provision, sentence, or word of this agreement be found unenforceable by a court of law, it shall not affect any other provision hereof, and it shall be construed in a manner favorable to the Site and its owner, and shall be construed to the extent possible and enforceable, in favor of the Site.
5. Release of Liability: USER releases Site, its owners or moderators and administrators, from all liability resulting from any actions of any third party who takes any action against any person, including violent action, against a police officer or any other person as a result of reading or viewing this Site.
6. Cookies: USER agrees to accept a cookie on their computer to identify that they have visited the Site.
7. Reward Eligibility: In order to be eligible for any reward offered by the Site, the USER must provide their email address, name, telephone number and address.  Failure to provide that information is sufficient cause for denial of payment of the reward.
8. Taxes from the Reward: USER agrees that s/he or it is responsible for any and all taxes due to any government agency of any kind in any country as a result of the collection of any reward paid by the Site to the USER.  The USER holds the Site harmless for any taxes relating to the reward or any reward paid by the Site or anyone else.
9. Jurisdiction:  This site is under the jurisdiction of the California Republic state.
10. Attorneys Fees & Enforcement:  USER assumes all cost related to any legal action for any breeches of the agreement after clicking I AGREE, below.
11. You also agree you have read and submit to the site PRIVACY POLICY.
12. You also agree you have read and submit to the TERMS OF SERVICE of this site.
